These Terms and Conditions govern the use of rooftails.com and every service offered through it. Accessing the site, creating an account or submitting a request means these terms are accepted. Anyone who does not agree should stop using the site.

RoofTails provides roof inspections, repairs, storm damage checks, flashing work and roof replacements. Descriptions on the site are general information and do not form a binding offer. The scope, materials and price of any job are set only in a written estimate issued after the roof has been seen.

Accounts are available to adults able to enter a binding agreement. Account holders agree to:

• provide accurate and current details when signing up
• keep the password private and not share access
• report any use of the account that was not authorized
• accept responsibility for activity carried out under the account

Estimates describe the planned work, materials and price, and remain open for the period stated on them. Work is scheduled once an estimate is accepted. Weather, material supply or hidden conditions such as soft decking may change the timing or the scope, and any change in price is shared in writing before extra work goes ahead.

Payment terms are listed on each estimate and invoice. Late or unpaid amounts may delay or pause remaining work.

The property owner or an authorized person agrees to provide safe access to the roof, attic and work area, and to keep children, pets and vehicles clear of the work zone while work is under way.

Customers who opt in may receive service and marketing text messages about their roofing inquiry. Message frequency may vary and standard message and data rates may apply. Replying STOP ends messages and replying HELP returns assistance. Consent to texts is never a condition of any purchase.

The site may not be used to:

• submit false, misleading or someone else’s information
• interfere with the security or normal operation of the site
• copy, scrape or resell site content without written permission
• send unlawful, abusive or harmful material

Any workmanship coverage is stated in writing on the final invoice and applies only to the work described there. Manufacturer coverage on materials is provided by the manufacturer. To the fullest extent the law allows, RoofTails is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for damage caused by weather events, prior conditions or work by others.

Text, photos, graphics and logos on the site belong to RoofTails or its licensors and may not be reused without written permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana. Any dispute will first be raised in writing so it can be settled in good faith. Disputes that cannot be settled this way will be resolved through binding individual arbitration, except where the law requires otherwise.

These terms may be updated from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continued use of the site after an update means the revised terms are accepted.
